A Restorative Weekend for Women
by the “healing waters” of the Cacapon River

Like the water table that feeds all things… Stillness is the source of our vitality.
Amidst the noise and busy-ness of our lives, explore how to deepen presence through
guided meditation,
intimacy with nature,
reflective writing and sketching,
healthy food, rest, massage, and the company of soulful women.
